We have teamed up with MVMNT & designed a programme specifically for young athletes aged 10 years and above , our strength and conditioning programme helps develop the physical tools needed to perform at your best.

-Improve acceleration and sprint speed

-Increase strength and explosive power

-Enhance agility, balance, and coordination

-Reduce injury risk and improve recovery

-Build confidence on and off the pitch

Sessions are gym based in groups of up to 6. They are 60 min sessions that run in 4 week blocks.

A 4 week block of sessions are £60. There is an introductory offer of £50 for the first block.
